How Do I Create An Account?

Easy, click on the signup button located on the side menu in the homepage, start filling your details and in no time you will receive an email asking you to activate your account. Click the activation link in the email and head to the deposit page.

I forgot my password and can’t log-in, what shall I do?

In the log-in page, you will see a forgotten password link located just below the log-in button. Click on the link, insert the email address associated with your account and hit submit. Check your email, follow the instructions to change your password. If for some reason you don’t receive our password reset email contact one of our support agents for help.

I didn’t receive the activation email, what shall I do?

Start by checking your spam or junk folder. If by mistake the activation email ended there, add Blu Vegas to your safe senders' list so that this doesn’t happen again.
If you still can’t find the activation email, contact one of our support agents here and they will help you activate your account.

Why do I need to verify my account?

Verification is extremely important as it determines whether you are really who you declare to be and that you are indeed over 18 years of age. Verifying your account helps you withdraw your wins faster. You are advised to send us your documents to complete verification for which we would need: 

  • A copy of a valid ID (ID, passport or driving licence)
  • A recent bill that contains your current address and full name
  • The authorization form filled up and signed

+ IF you are using a credit card to deposit:

  • A copy (back and front) of the credit cards you used to deposit on your account (you can cover the details as 4444 **** **** 5555 and the 3 digit code at the back of your card known as CVV)
  • A bank statement showing your IBAN, SWIFT/BIC code and your full name

+ IF you are using Skrill or Neteller to deposit

  • A screenshot of your Skrill or Neteller account showing your Skrill/Neteller details (email address) and full name.
Can I close my account?

Yes, just be aware that you can temporarily suspend your account, simply go to your account details, click on limits tab, and from there set your exclusion period. If you wish to close your account permanently, contact one of our support agents who will be able to fulfill your request.

I want to receive offers and news but I never get any emails, what shall I do?

Log-in, click on your avatar picture. Click on the personal information tab and make sure to check the email/SMS boxes, save changes.

Can I play from my Country?
