How Do I Create An Account?

Easy, click on the signup button located on the side menu in the homepage, start filling your details and in no time you will receive an SMS with an activation code which you need to input in the registration page.

I forgot my password and can’t log-in, what shall I do?

In the log-in page, you will see a forgotten password link located just below the log-in button. Click on the link, insert the email address associated with your account and hit submit. Check your email, follow the instructions to change your password. If for some reason you don’t receive our password reset email contact one of our support agents for help.

Can I close my account?

Yes, just be aware that you can temporarily suspend your account, simply go to your account details, click on limits tab, and from there set your exclusion period. If you wish to close your account permanently, contact one of our support agents who will be able to fulfill your request.

I want to receive offers and news but I never get any emails, what shall I do?

Log-in, click on your avatar picture. Click on the personal information tab and make sure to check the email/SMS boxes, save changes.

Can I play from my Country?
